I have a question that pertainsd to the ghosts and all that, that are suppose to be in this hotel. Are they like NPCs sort of thing, as in, if our character sees ones, are we allowed to use them in our posts?
The other thing too, when one dies....do they get to turn into a ghost as well? Just so I know on how the whole ghost ordeal thing in general actually works ^^

Alrighty. Ghosts are indeed NPC's, and you are allowed to take control of them for a post if need be. When a character dies, you have the option to turn them into a ghost, or to keep them dead. It's completely up to you. c:

I have another question now....um....do we need permission from the admins to start other threads whenever we wish? Or are we allowed to start our own threads if we want to? As in....more or less, now?
Just want to make sure is all ^^

New question time! I keep on looking at that Communications area of this place....and I still have no clue as to how it would work out, as in, say, sending email....or a YIM or whichever. So might I ask as to how that all works properly? Yeah, horrible question I know....leave me be

If you mean PMs and such, just click onto someone's profile, and click the little symbol beneath their picture(make sure to click the one that looks like the symbol beneath your own. any other symbols will send an email, IM or whatever, which I have no idea how to use either. ) And to check your own PMs, there's a link at the far right corner at the top of the page underneath the banner image that says "PMs." c:

I has a question. Really, I'm just trying to clarify one thing before I attempt to claim a particular character. Are video game characters allowed? It won't be a big loss for me if they're not, since I do have other character ideas, but I just wanted that cleared up.

@rainbow Ah, okay, I see now. XD Sorry. Got a little confused when you mentioned sending emails or whatever, and I've had people that didn't know how to do that before. As far as that goes, I'm afraid Clopin might have to answer that one, as I'm not entirely sure. Sorry to be so unhelpful. ^^; Kovu If you've got a new question, you're free to start your own thread. c: That way it keeps things less confusing. But yes, as far as I know, video game characters are allowed. I don't think there's any sort of rules against what sort of characters you can have, unless you've got an OC, and then we have to check it first. Other than that, anything goes.

But I thought they were only allowed, but in moderation as Clopin had put it? Cause there was one character I did want to grab, but decided against cause of the whole video game characters rule.
